Our 9 Gourmet Cooker Base is designed to be used with you the 4 Quart Stock Pot, 6 Quart Gourmet Stock Pot, and the Freedom Skillet. It has a variable temperature dial ideal for being used as a slow-cooker and is also perfect for fondue! And unlike conventional slow-cookers and crockpots, your Gourmet Cooker Base is not directly attached to any of the cookware. This makes cleanup so much easier and you don t have to worry about submersing the base in water while trying to clean the pot. After the unit cools completely, simply wipe clean with a warm damp dishcloth or sponge!
